FAQ
House washing
What's the difference between soft wash and pressure wash?
Soft wash is a superior, low-pressure cleaning method (300-500 PSI) that not only thoroughly cleans your roof, siding, and other delicate surfaces but also protects them from the damage that traditional high-pressure washing can cause.
By gently applying specialized cleaning solutions, soft washing gets the job done without risking cracks, chips, or water intrusion. Traditional pressure washing (over 2,500 PSI) is great for tough surfaces like driveways and concrete, but soft wash guarantees a longer-lasting preservation of your home's exterior.
Does excessive runoff damage my plants and bushes?
No, we take special precautions to protect your plants. We water the surrounding plants heavily before cleaning to reduce their absorption of the solution. Additionally, we catch water runoff from gutter spouts using special contractor bags to minimize exposure.

Solar panel cleaning
How do you clean my solar panels?
We clean your solar panels using only purified water and specialized soft-bristle brushes. This gentle method effectively removes dirt, pollen and bird drop without scratching or damaging the panels. No harsh chemicals are used.
Do you purify your water?
Yes, we purify our water by de-ionizing it, which removes all minerals and impurities before it touches your panels. This ensures a spotless clean without leaving any streaks on the surface.
How often should I get my solar panels cleaned?
We recommend cleaning your panels twice per year if it's surrounded by pollen-producing trees. At a minimum, we suggest scheduling a cleaning once per year.
How do you price solar panel cleaning?
We charge per panel for solar panel cleaning. Additionally, we use a tiered pricing system, meaning the more panels you have, the lower the cost per panel. Contact us for a detailed quote based on the number of panels on your home!
Roof cleaning
How do you clean my roof?
Our roof cleaning process starts with a light sweep to remove large moss and a blow-off of any loose debris.
Next, we apply a specialized cleaning solution, using the gentle pressure of our softwash system, to sanitize and treat all moss and debris. On roofs with severe infestation we sometimes apply multiple coatings. Finally, we rinse the roof with water to wash away any remaining residue.
Please note: some moss may remain visible for 6–8 weeks as it naturally detaches and is carried away by wind and rain.
Does excessive runoff damage my plants and bushes?
No, we take special precautions to protect your plants. We water the surrounding plants heavily before cleaning to reduce their absorption of the solution. Additionally, we catch water runoff from gutter spouts using special contractor bags to minimize exposure.
How often should I get my roof washed?
We recommend at least once every two years. Depending on the location of your home and it's exposure to sunlight, once per year might be the right amount to prevent regrowth of moss.
